Project: Construction of headworks and 2-lagoon based wastewater treatment plant, installation of 4650 LF of 8” Gravity Sewer Pipe, and installation of 250 LF of 3” HDPE DR 11 Purple Stripped Reclaimed water pipe. The project also includes installation of 4400 LF of 3” HDPE DR 11 Purple Stripped Reclaimed water pipe as Bid Additives

Sealed Bids will be received by the Town of Elida at the Office of the Engineer, 4221 Balloon Park Rd. NE,
Albuquerque, NM 87109, Attn: Bid for Elida Wastewater System Phase I, CDBG 19-C-RS-I-01-G-19, until September 21st, 2023, 3:00 p.m. MST at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

A pre-bid conference will not be held but prospective bidders are encouraged to drive the project area, which is in the public right-of-way, at their convenience.

Questions shall be submitted in writing by email only and answers will be by addendum and emailed to planholders. No phone calls will be accepted. All questions shall submit to sugam.tandukar@wsp.com with subject line “ELIDA WASTEWATER SYSTEM PHASE I.” All plan holders shall provide an email address for receipt of addendum(s) and a phone number for verification of receipt of addendum. No questions will be addressed after 5:00 pm, September 7th, 2023.
